Ten goals I will be working on in the month of January. (I figure a goal is more realistic and do able then a resolution)
1. Working out more days of the week than not.
2. Not eating so much fast food.
3. Blogging more, wasting time on Face book a little less.
4. Trying to get at least seven hours of sleep a night.
5. Cleaning up after myself more.
6. Being more organized.
7. Not skipping breakfast.
8. Eating more fruits and vegetables.
9. Not being so lazy.
10. Reading more, watching pointless TV less.
